Warmco is committed to providing excellent customer service. In order to ensure the most positive customer experience, all our staff are fully trained in their specific area of work, and customer care procedures have been made a key part of the Warmco induction process for new staff.


All heaters supplied and installed come with a standard one year labour and parts warranty. Furthermore, if the heater is serviced after the first year by a Warmco service engineer, the heater will then qualify for an extra year's parts warranty. The heater exchanger on the heater has a 10 year warranty (subject to our terms and conditions of trading).

Aftercare - Servicing and Maintenance

Engineer at Work

At Warmco we believe that the customer experience does not finish with the installation of the heater. As part of our customer care procedure, you can expect Warmco staff to contact you on completion of the work, to confirm that your experience was a positive one.

We aim to provide first rate aftercare for any maintenance or service work that is required. We strongly recommend that all heaters are serviced on an annual basis in order to prolong their working lives, maintain their efficiency and to ensure their safe operation. The majority of our service work is carried out during the summer months and it is always our policy to give priority to our existing customers. Prior to your service visit, the service department will contact you to arrange a convenient date for our engineer to call.

A standard service will take, on average, 45 to 60 minutes to complete and all work carried out with the service will comply with the manufacturer's guidelines.

The following list shows the main checks that are carried out on a suspended gas heater:

  1. Flue/combustion air system for soundness.
  2. The electrics will be checked on the heater and controller.
  3. The suspension and support of the heaters.
  4. The gas connection to the heater and the pipe work for soundness.
  5. The burner assembly and ignitor.
  6. The heater exchanger will be inspected for cracks and will be cleaned (if accessible).
  7. The supply axial fan and motor.
  8. Wires checked on the gas valve.
  9. Thermal fan control and control relay.

On completion, you will be issued with a Service Report/certificate and a printed flue gas analysis report for each heater.

Warmco Van

As well as servicing Reznor, Ambi-Rad and Winterwarm heaters, Warmco will also service other makes of heater such as Benson, Combat, Dravo and Powrmatic. Furthermore, Warmco can also service your boiler(s) that provide heating for your offices.

When a problem occurs with a heater, we will endeavour to send an engineer out to site to diagnose the fault, order parts where necessary and repair the heater as soon as possible. Information on maintenance contracts is available upon request. These can be tailored to your individual requirements.
