This customer had recently taken on the lease for a newly built warehouse style building when they contacted us in late June 2017. The 57m long by 35m wide building was to be used as a workshop for their maintenance and service of aircraft propellors.

We were able to quote for a heating solution from looking at the plans of the workshop and after discussion with the customer opted for the installation of three high efficiency Warmco/Winterwarm HR condensing unit air space heaters with axial fan, two HR60's and one HR50, to quote to heat the workshop to 20degC when minus 3degC outside.

The HR60 has a maximum heat output of 58 kW with a maximum gas consumption of 6.3m3/h. The HR50 has a maximum heat output of 48.3 KW and a maximum gas consumption of 5.3m3/h. The average efficiency of the heater is approximately 101% and the premix burner allows the heater to modulate back to 30% of its maximum capacity, producing a minimum output of 16kw for the HR50 and 19kw for the HR60. Consequently the heater can very precisely adjust its heat output to the demand received through the room thermostat. Additional efficiency is realised by the vertical gradient control which continuously measures the temperature gradient by means of a sensor in the heater and one in the room thermostat. Should the temperature gradient increase above the set value, the unit will switch on the fan and bring down the warm air which as accumulated under the ceiling. Consequently, the burner will start operating later.

Due to the workshop being 10/12m high we also opted to install six Winterwarm WCU80 destratification fans to the premises which were spaced evenly along the apex of building, suspended one metre from the roof purlings. These high efficiency axial fans provide large volumes of re-circulated air back to the working zone.

This company enquired through our website for a solution to heat their new 21,000 sq. ft. factory in Brighouse where they would be manufacturing radiation shielding for medical and industrial applications. We were happy to carry out a survey within one week to assess their requirements and were asked to install a heating system in April 2017.

The customer was keen to be energy efficient and we had the perfect solution with our Winterwarm HR100 condensing unit space heaters. We installed three, each producing a maximum heat output of 96.8 kW, which we suspended from the roof steels, 4m/5m from the floor and situated so that the front heater drained into the front drain and the two side heaters drained in to gravel at the side of the building. The premix burner on this heater allows it to modulate back to 30% of its maximum capacity meaning it can very precisely adjust its heat output to the demand received through the room thermostat. Additional efficiency is realised by the vertical gradient control which continuously measures the temperature gradient by means of a sensor in the heater and one in the room thermostat. Should the temperature gradient increase above the set value, the unit will switch on the fan and bring down the warm air which has accumulated under the ceiling. We also installed eight WCU60 Winterwarm destratification fans along the apex of the roof, suspended 1m from the roof purlins, to provide large volumes of re-circulated air back to the working zone. An integral thermostat operates the fan when the roof space temperature rises and can provide 'free heat' if positioned over lights or machines that generate their own heat. This can save up to 30% on running costs for the heater.

In December 2016 Warmco were asked to install three Winterwarm TR100, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heaters into this 20,000 sq.ft., older style, industrial unit, for this storm-water systems supplier.

As part of a move to new premises, this previous customer asked us to remove several old, floor standing cabinet heaters, which was no longer fit for purpose. The old system which was floor standing used valuable floor space and reduced the flexibility with which the space could be used. Our customer needed the workforce in this manufacturing / workshop space be kept warm. We were commissioned to install three suspended, Winterwarm, TR100 warm air heaters. The installation was completed within three days, creating minimal disruption for our customer. They were very happy with the product and the installation process and have more recently placed another order, to extend the area being heated. We are re-visiting in February 2017, to add two more Winterwarm, TR100, warm air space heaters to the system, to replace four smaller, condemned, Reznor suspended heaters located in the despatch area.

In December 2016, we were asked to install a Winterwarm TR80, suspended, natural gas fired, warm air space heater and two de-stratification (heat recovery) fans into this 6,000 sq. ft. assembly / warehouse area.

For this project we were asked to provide space heaters for this space where our customer manufactures mobility and community equipment. They had just moved into these new premises, which had not previously been heated. Often these higher buildings will see an accumulation of heat at high levels, so we suggested the installation of two WCU60 de-stratification fans to redistribute the accumulating heat and push it back down to the space below. This can create up to 30% reduction in running costs on the system, as re-circulating the heat means you do not need to reheat the space. Also, as our modulating heaters will automatically switch to low fire when the thermostat detects that the area has reached the desired temperature, this can save an additional 30% (compared to non modulating heaters). The installation was completed in two days and importantly for many customers, it was completed on schedule.

In October 2016 Warmco were asked to install a TR50 Winterwarm, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heater into this reconditioned industrial building in Radcliffe, Manchester.

These 3000 sq. ft. premises had previously been heated using a Powrmatic, PGUH 200 space heater and this customer invited us to decommission and replace this old, obsolete heater, with a more modern, efficient equivalent. In its place, we installed a Winterwarm TR50 unit heater, which has a maximum heat output of 50kw, which can be used to get the space up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 32kw, to 'top up' the heat as required. This can offer a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models. We also installed a WCU40 destratification fan, the addition of which allows the redistribution of the heat that would normally gather at the high levels of this six metre high building. Typically, the addition of this type of equipment, can offer a fuel cost saving of around 30% to the end user. This heater was installed within two weeks of us receiving the initial enquiry and the project was completed within a day, creating minimal disruption to the customer.

In July 2016 Warmco were recommended to by a previous customer, to install four Winterwarm TR28 suspended, warm air, propane fired unit heaters for Hunprenco, a precision engineering company on the East Yorkshire coast. This refurbished space required four smaller warm air space heaters to heat this 10,000sq.ft space.

This installation project was started within two weeks of the initial enquiry because our customer was working around the installation of other equipment. In this case, the ability to react quickly was key to getting the job. We were asked to use four smaller heaters located at intervals along this 72m long building, to achieve the most efficient distribution of heat through the premises. As this was a relatively low building (at 4 metres), no de-stratification fans were necessary, but the heaters were angled down into the space to blow the air downwards. The modulation facility on these heaters will offer the customer at least a 30% saving on fuel costs, as it reduces power output to low fire (18kw from 28kw), once the area is up to temperature. The installation was completed within seven days, to minimise disruption to the installation schedule for their other machinery.

In March 2016, we were commissioned to install two Winterwarm natural gas fired, suspended warm air heaters into this modern, portal framed factory in Birkenhead for BMB Canopies who manufacture parts for forklift trucks. A used Winterwarm TR28 and Winterwarm TR50 were moved from the customer's previous premises and fitted into their new 12,000 sq feet factory premises.

TR gas space unit heaters have modulation as standard, so the heat output varies according to the room temperature and set point on the DB8 control which operates the heater. For example The TR50 heater modulates from 50kw at high fire to 32kw at low fire and the TR28 modulates from 28kw to 18kw. This modulation feature offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. The project was completed within four days, working alongside the customer and aiming to create minimal disruption.

In May 2016, we installed five Winterwarm TR100 natural gas fired, warm air space heaters, one TR80 natural gas fired unit heater, and a TR50 natural gas fired unit heater alongside six de-stratification fans, into this 40,000 sq feet factory area.

All the heaters have the capacity to modulate. For example the Winterwarm TR100, natural gas fired, warm air unit heater can modulate its heat output from 101kw on full power (to get the space to temperature), down to 65kw (once the desired temperature is achieved). One advantage of this, is that it prevents the space from being over heated, saving gas and therefore money. This factory space at eight metres tall also required six heat recirculation (de-stratification) fans, to push the warm air that accumulates at the higher levels, down. This project was completed over two weeks and Warmco worked around our customer, on occasions negotiating access, to complete the installation around their operations.

Warmco were asked in March 2016 to heat a modern building in Leeds. We approached this using two Winterwarm TR80, suspended, natural gas fired, warm air heaters.

Warmco were asked to design and install a heating system which would keep the employees in this 11,000 sq. ft., portal framed factory / warehouse space warm. The TR80 heaters used in the production area have a maximum heat output of 76kw, which can be used to get the space to temperature, but once the thermostatic control panel registers that it is up to the desired temperature it has the capacity to switch off, or modulate down to 47 kw on low fire, to 'top up' the heat. Cumulatively then, the system will modulate from 152kw, down to just 94kw in this space; this modulation feature typically offering a fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. We also installed three WCU40 heat recovery (de-stratification) fans to redistribute the heat that would gather at higher levels of this 6-7.5m high building. Again, the addition of this type of equipment, can offer a fuel cost saving of around 30% to the end user. The installation was undertaken over a three day period, working to create minimal disruption to our customer's production.

In December 2015 Warmco were asked to install two Winterwarm TR60, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heater into this 30,000 sq.ft. 1970s portal framed industrial unit, for this previous customer.

A number of years ago this previous customer had asked us to install Reznor heaters into their spray booth / industrial oven manufacturing premises. As two of these Reznors had come to the end of their life, we were invited to come in and directly replace them with two newer, more efficient, Winterwarm TR60, suspended, warm air heaters. This modulating heater has a heat output of 60kw, which can be used to get the space up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 38kw, to 'top up' the heat as required. This will offer our customer a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against their older non-modulating models of heater. The new heating system was designed to work in conjunction with RDMS's building management system. The project was completed within two days, to try to minimise the disruption to our customer.

In December 2015 Warmco were asked to install two Winterwarm TR125, propane fired, suspended, warm air space heaters into this 12,00 sq.ft, pre second WW, brick built, industrial unit, for this spray booth manufacturer.

As part of an expansion, and move to new premises, this customer asked us to install a propane fired heating system, into their new and unheated manufacturing space. As this older unit had an asbestos roof, the heaters were suspended on wall brackets and we chose to use wall flues, to prevent penetration of the asbestos roof panels. This heater has a heat output of 123kw, which can be used to get the space up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 80.6kw, to 'top up' the heat as required. This offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. The 6m high space also had five Benson R1750 de-stratification fans installed to redistribute the heat that would otherwise gather at upper levels, down into the space below. Typically, the addition of this type of equipment, offers a fuel cost saving of around 30% to the end user. We were also asked to add an extra controller into the system, which allowed one of the heaters to automatically switch off, if the nearby roller-shutter door were to be left open.

Warmco were asked in August 2015 to heat a brand new portal framed factory space, in Baildon. We approached this, using four Winterwarm TR60, suspended, warm air, natural gas fired, warm air unit heaters.

Warmco were asked to design a heating system which would heat this large, well-insulated, 22,000sq. ft. factory space. The system installed included all necessary pipework and was designed to work in conjunction with Penmann's building management system, using four of our Winterwarm TR60 natural gas fired, warm air, unit space heaters. We also installed six WCU60 heat recovery (de-stratification) fans to redistribute the heat that would gather at high levels. Typically, the addition of this type of equipment, offers a fuel cost saving of around 30% to the end user. The installation took four days. However, on this occasion we were asked to return to finally commission the system once the gas meter was installed.

In June 2015 we were commissioned by the primary contractor to install a Winterwarm TR100 natural gas fired, warm air space heater, and two de-stratification fans into this 8,500 sq. ft., renovated industrial unit near Heathrow.

For this project, we installed one of our Winterwarm TR100, natural gas fired, warm air unit heaters into these renovated industrial premises, which the end user, Ian Allan Ltd, were moving into. This model of heater can modulate its heat output from 101kw on full power (to get the space to temperature), down to 65kw (once the desired temperature is achieved). One advantage of this, is that it prevents the space from being over heated, saving gas and therefore money. We relocated the heater onto an outside wall, to allow us to flue through it, avoiding the need to flue through an older asbestos roof, and to do so, we added 40m of pipework into the system. This space at eight metres tall also required two heat recirculation (de-stratification) fans, to push the warm air that accumulates at the higher levels, down. This project was completed over a three day period and Warmco worked around our customer, on occasions negotiating access, to complete the installation around their picking and packing operations.

Warmco were commissioned to install an extra heater into a new extension for this previous customer. We chose the natural gas fired, suspended Winterwarm TR50 for this 3,000 sq.ft factory extension, for this leak detection and vacuum specialist manufacturer, in December 2014.

Back in September 2010, we had installed three of our larger TR100 warm air heater units into their factory premises. We were then asked to add another heater into the new extension in December 2014. The Winterwarm TR50 has the built in capacity to modulate from full power at 50kw, down to 32kw so unlike standard models it will automatically switch to low fire, once the space is up to temperature. This prevents the space from being over heated, saving gas and therefore money. As with the previously installed heaters on this site, we were asked to hang the heater, in the centre of the building, so that it would blow the warm air vertically down. This allows the blower to act like a de-stratification fan, when hung at the 6.6m high apex of this building.

In December 2014, we were commissioned to install a Winterwarm TR80 natural gas fired, suspended warm air heater and two WCU40 de-stratification fans into these newly renovated 9,000 sq. ft. premises.

This specialist printing company were moving into customised premises which had been renovated and insulated up to current building regulations. Warmco were asked to design and install a heating system which would fit the heating requirements of this space. We installed a TR80 natural gas, suspended warm air heater to heat the space. This unit can adequately heat the area, but also has the capacity to modulate down (reducing power output from 76kw to 47kw) once the building is to temperature; thus saving money compared to other standard heaters. As it was a high unit (at 8.8m to the apex), we also installed two de-stratification fans to redistribute the heat that would otherwise gather in the building's upper reaches. Warmco installed 180ft of associated pipe work, and the project was completed within three days.

In November 2014 Warmco installed a TR60 natural gas fired, suspended warm air heater into this 6000sq.ft. tool supply and engineering space in Coleford, on the western side of Gloucestershire.

The client requested a heating solution which could create an ambient temperature, just to keep the chill off the space and the Winterwarm TR60 was ideally sized to do this, in this size space. Due to its modulating feature this heater when operating on full burn can get the building up to the desired temperature quickly, then work on a lower power level, to merely 'top up' the heat, reducing fuel usage by up to 30%.

As is common with many of our one heater installations this job was completed within a day to create minimal disruption to the customer.

In October 2014, we were commissioned to install a Winterwarm TR100, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air heater into this 8000sq.ft. area for SCC Ltd, a specialist in vehicle refurbishments in the railway industry.

Previously this space had been heated by a Powrmatic PGUH gas space heater, which had reached the end of its lifespan and so it needed to be removed and replaced. We installed a newer and more efficient Winterwarm TR100 and as this heater has the capacity to modulate down from 101kw to 65kw, it gave our customer the capacity to get the building to temperature and then just 'top up' the heat to create background heating. Warmco installed the heater and completed all of the associated gas pipework within a day, to minimise the disruption to the customer.

In August 2014, we were commissioned to install two Winterwarm natural gas fired, suspended warm air heaters into this modern, portal framed factory in Stone. The Winterwarm TR28 was fitted into the 1,200sq.ft. showroom/ office area and the TR20 was fitted to create heat in the 1,200sq.ft. factory.

This modern portal framed building was a new location for 8Ball T-Shirt manufacturers. As they were previously unheated, we were asked to install heating into both the manufacturing area and the office / showroom, back in August 2014. In the showroom, the customer specified a heater which would blend with the decorative scheme, so we chose a white Winterwarm TR28, which we suspended on brackets fixed to the wall (but which could also have been suspended from the roof purlings). In the factory area, we sized the heater down, because the customer was generating heat from machinery used in the production process. The reduction in size clearly gave them a cost saving, both in terms of the heater price and future fuel consumption.

In February 2014 we were asked to install two Winterwarm TR100, suspended, natural gas fired, warm air space heaters and two de-stratification (heat recovery) fans into this 6,000 sq. ft. traditionally constructed factory area..

This installation involved fixing our suspended heaters into a space covered by an asbestos roof. Under normal circumstances we may choose to hang the heaters from the roof purling and flue through the roof, however in this situation, the fragile nature of the roof meant that (as you will see in the photos), we fixed the heaters to wall brackets and we flued the emitted gases through the walls. These heaters are room sealed, and are fan assisted to take clean air for combustion from outside of the building. This is often desirable if you have particulates within the air in the building. As well as having an asbestos roof, these premises were very high with an eight metre apex. Often these higher buildings will see an accumulation of heat at high levels, so we suggested installation of two WCU40 de-stratification fans to redistribute the accumulating heat and push it back down to the space below. This can create up to 30% reduction in running costs on the system, as re-circulating the heat means you do not need to reheat the space. Also, as our modulating heaters will automatically switch to low fire when the thermostat has detects that the area has reached the desired temperature, this can save an additional 30% (compared to non modulating heaters). The installation was completed in two days and importantly for many customers, was on schedule.

In September 2013, Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR28, natural gas fired, warm air space heater into this 4000 sq.ft. packing area, contained in an older style mill in Huddersfield.

One of our Winterwarm TR28 heaters was installed into this open area, alongside a range of other units which collectively heat am area of 4,000 sq. ft. area. We were asked to replace a faulty Reznor UDSA 25 heater. As we had completed work satisfactorily for this customer two years previously, we were invited to quote to do further work. We were able to offer a very fast turnaround of just two weeks, from initial contact to completion. The installation work was completed within the day.

In June 2013, Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR100, natural gas fired, warm air space heater into this 10,000 sq. ft. print works warehouse space.

When we were commissioned to install this warm air heater, the customer gave us a very specific 12 hour access slot, within which we were to complete all of the installation work. The customer was moving into new premises and we had to work the installation into a very tight moving schedule. The suspended warm air heater modulates from 101kw down to 65kw (when the space is up to temperature), which in this building will be much more fuel and cost efficient, relative to a standard warm air heater with one output setting.

In Jan 2013, Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR150, natural gas fired, warm air, space heater and two destratification fans into this 7000sq.ft. printing production area.

As our clients were expanding into new premises, and wished for a cost effective heating option, we were asked to install one single heater; our largest suspended warm air heater, the TR150. This is a very powerful heater which has an impressive 35 metre horizontal air throw across the building. It is also a very efficient heater because it has the capacity to modulate its heat output as standard. The advantage of this to the customer, is that once the space is up to temperature this modulating heater can then switch to low fire (from 145kw down to 94kw), to top up the heat as is required, and to save on fuel costs. Additionally, we suspended two WCU40 destratification fans to recover and recirculate the rising warm air within the building. Clearly, when used together over a year, these measures combined, present a huge potential saving on fuel costs.

In Dec 2012, Warmco installed four Winterwarm TR60, natural gas fired, warm air, space heaters into these 20 000sq.ft. engineering premises.

On this job, we were asked to replace four existing Combat 64kw heaters, which had been damaged by the set-up of the flue in this manufacturing environment. For these large premises, we designed a heating system which was set up in four different zones, each having its own heater and DB8 control panel (with a sensor and timer), to give our customer maximum flexibility. The TR60 has a modulation feature as standard. The advantage of this to the customer, is that once the space is up to temperature this modulating heater can then switch to low fire (from 60kw down to 38kw), to maintain the temperature and save on fuel costs. For the four heater system then, a total modulation of 240kw down to 152kw was possible. Clearly, when used over a year, this great degree of modulation presents a huge potential saving on the cost of fuel. Our engineers were able to work around our customer's production and to complete the job within four days.

Warmco were asked to provide warm air heating for a group of buildings in this food processing plant in North Wales. Buckley foods were in a phase of rapid expansion and Warmco were asked to install three Winterwarm TR100s, a Winterwarm TR50 and Winterwarm TR80 into these cereal production and warehouse areas, which ranged from 2,000 to 8,000 sq. ft.

Suspended heaters were requested because they were located at height and therefore not in the way of, or susceptible to being hit by moving plant or machinery. Warmco now service and maintain the heating equipment twice annually, so that the grease and dirt associated with production do not compromise the efficient working of the heaters.

In April 2012, Warmco were commissioned to install this Benson VN1300, natural gas fired, cabinet heater into this 25,000 sq. ft., heavy engineering, and metal fabrication workshop.

As this was such a large area the customer asked us to achieve a temperature that would provide background heating, whilst being economical to run. A feature of the Benson VN1300 that we installed, was its capacity to fire on a high or low burner at 381kW and 190kW respectively, thereby saving fuel. Once the heater is switched on and the desired temperature has been achieved, the output will reduce to simply maintain the temperature. There are four warm air outlets to enable the heat to be pushed in four different directions and two are raised to improve heat distribution.

Factory Heating Solution for Remec Engineering in Burnley, Lancashire

In March 2012, as part of a refurbishment due to a fire, Warmco installed two TR100 suspended, natural gas fired unit heaters for these 8,000 sq. ft. factory premises at Remec Engineering, in Burnley Lancashire. We were asked to remove all of the fire damaged pipework and the existing Reznor XA400 space heaters and replace them with a new, more energy efficient heating system. Each individual heater has the capacity to modulate from 101kw, down to 65kw on low fire, so the system as a whole has a variation of 72kw (202kw on full capacity, down to just 130kw) to 'top up' the heat on thermostatic instruction.

The project lasted eight working days as we replaced all of the fire damaged pipework with new. Also the factory was operational during our installation work, so we had to work flexibly with the customer to gain access to the necessary areas.

In May 2012, Warmco were asked to replace an inefficient Powrmatic CA300, floor standing cabinet heater with a Winterwarm TR100, natural gas fired, suspended warm air unit heater into this 6000 sq. ft. factory. The customer wanted to improve the efficiency of the heating on the premises and the TR100 warm air heater is 91.5% nett efficient. The installation of a suspended heater also allowed them to free up floor space.

Warmco completed two projects for Volac over the Autumn/Winter 2011 - 2012.

In September 2011, during an expansion of production into new premises, Warmco installed four TR100, gas fired, suspended, warm air heaters into a modern portal framed, 20,000 sq. ft. factory unit. Individually these heaters can modulate from 101 kilowatts, down to 66 on lower output, when less heat is needed to merely maintain the temperature. Cumulatively the four heaters allow modulation from 404, right down to 264kws, facilitating a large saving on fuel requirements (of as much as 30%). We also installed six destratification fans (WCU60), to recover and recirculate the heat rising within the building; this could allow a further 30% saving on fuel costs.

The customer was so pleased with our work on the first project that in February '12, they invited us to quote to fit another TR50 suspended warm air heater into a smaller 2000 sq. ft. factory area. On the photo you will see that the heater was positioned vertically, to blow warm air straight down into the production area. This was done because there was no wall space available, but positioning vertically gave the added advantage of allowing the heater to act as a destratification fan, recirculating the heat.

Warmco supplied and installed a Winterwarm TR50, suspended, gas fired unit heater, into this new build assembly / production area of 3,000 sq. ft., in Sheffield, South Yorkshire in December 2011. Prior to the installation, the workers in the factory had been taking issue with feeling cold, so our brief was to heat the space to an acceptable temperature, in the most cost effective way possible. As the heat output of the warm air heater modulates from a maximum output of 50kw down to 32kw on low fire, and the fan speed (controlling the air flow from the heater) also has three settings, this enables the heaters to provide a more even temperature throughout the working day and can save up to 30% on running costs.

Factory Heating Solution For Smeaton Bros at Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Warmco installed six suspended gas, warm air, industrial heaters in new factory and showroom premises in Thurcroft near Rotherham. Four Ambirad LCSA heaters were installed in the factory area and two Winterwarm XR20 heaters in the showroom. To avoid heat stratification in the apex of the building, Warmco installed four WCU60 destratification (heat recovery) fans in the factory space.

Factory Heating Solution For Q-Matic at Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Winterwarm TR60 suspended gas unit heaters

Two Winterwarm TR60 (rated 60kw to 39kw) suspended gas unit heaters were installed in a new build factory and storage area of 8,000 sq feet in Milton Keynes. The heating system was installed over a period of two days and the heaters were set up on a natural gas supply. Furthermore three Winterwarm WCU60 destratification fans were installed to reduce the temperature gradient between floor and roof height, each of the fans were suspended 1 metre from the roof.

Winterwarm TR 100

Two Winterwarm suspended gas space heaters, the TR100 rated 100kw to 66kw, and a Winterwarm TR80 rated at 80kw to 47kw, were installed in the new factory and showroom premises of 18,000 sq feet near Wakefield in West Yorkshire. Four Winterwarm WCU60 destratification fans were also installed to help improve the efficiency of the warm air heating system. See pictures below:

Winterwarm TR80 suspended gas  heater

Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR80 rated 80kw to 47kw suspended gas heater to heat a new build factory and warehouse area of 8,000 sq feet in Barnsley. The heater was installed within a day and was supplied by a bulk propane supply. Warmco also installed two Winterwarm WCU60 destratification fans to help combat stratification, each fan was fitted with a room thermostat so that the fan will operate automatically. The fans will help to save up to 30% on fuel costs.
