We were contacted in October 2015 by this previous customer, a motability accredited vehicle conversion specialist based in Derby to quote for their second workshop. We had previously installed a TR28 heater in their first workshop in January 2011. The new workshop was a similar size at 2000 sq. ft. with a newly foam insulated pitched roof and four roller shutter doors. After carrying out a site survey, Warmco quoted to heat the workshop to 18 celsius (-1c outside) using a propane fired modulating heater and some sweep fans and were commissioned to install this suggested heating solution in January 2016.

We installed one Winterwarm TR28 heater, suspending it from roof supports 3m from the floor on the centre of the back 8.5m gable wall. This heater modulates from 28kw on high fire to 18kw on low which can give a saving of 30% on running costs.  It also has a modulating supply air fan with three speed settings which reduces noise levels and creates a more even room temperature within the area. We also installed two Benson IMI400 impellor low velocity sweep (heat recovery) fans with speed controller.  These fans were equally spaced along the length of the unit, one fan every 7m, fixed to the underside of the roof. These are quiet but powerful fans that gently propell the warm air down into the working zone from the roof void to encourage a positive impact in the reduction of fuel usage which can be as much as 20/30%.

Warmco installed a compact Winterwarm, XR30, suspended warm air heater and a WCU40 de-stratification fan into this 4,000 sq.ft. modern portal framed workshop / store, for this excavator parts engineering company, in Tewkesbury, in March 2017.

Warmco were asked by a previous customer, to heat this smaller, well-insulated, 3000sq. ft. workshop space in November 2016. This heater has the capacity to modulate its heat output from 28kw on full power, down to just 18kw of low fire when the thermostat detects that the area is up to temperature. This adaptation can typically offer a fuel cost saving of around 30% to the end user. The installation took just one day.

Warmco were asked in November 2016 to heat this modern portal framed workshop space, in Kent. We approached this, using a Winterwarm TR28, suspended, warm air, propane fired, warm air unit heater.

In December 2016, we were given the go-ahead to overhaul the heating system in this 6,000 sq. ft. engineering space, by replacing two old, inefficient Combat, cabinet heaters, with two Benson VN85, oil fired, floor-standing, cabinet heaters.

The most cost effective solution for this customer was to replace their older floor standing heaters with a similar product, to keep the set up costs as low as possible. We used the Benson VN85 with its 82kw output to keep the space warm. This heater has three nozzles which can be directed to point the warm air in three directions, within the space. It also has the added benefit that it's small 'footprint', at only 925mm x 660mm, allowed our customer to free up a large amount of valuable floor space.

Warmco were asked to heat a workshop area for this previous customer in December 2016. We approached this using two Winterwarm TR60, suspended, warm air, natural gas fired, unit heaters.

Warmco were asked to design a heating system which would heat this medium sized, well-insulated, 7,000 ft. factory space. This model of warm air space heater has an output of 60kw, which can be used to get the space up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 38kw, to 'top up' the heat as required. This offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. The installation took three days, as it involved installation of extra pipework to complete the installation.

In October 2016, Warmco were asked to install Winterwarm TR28 and TR20, propane fired, suspended, warm air space heaters into this 4,000 sq.ft, modern building for this turbocharger supplier.

This customer invited us to install a Winterwarm TR28, suspended, warm air heater into their 3500 sq.ft. warehouse, and a TR20 into their 500 sq.ft. workshop. The TR28 heater has a maximum heat output of 28kw (and the TR20, 20kw), which can be used to get the space up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 18kw (and the TR20, 13kw). This modulation feature offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. We also installed five Benson (IMI400) low velocity sweep fans, which were selected to be especially quiet. The addition of this technology into the two areas, would allow the redistribution of the heat that would normally gather at the high levels of this six metre high building. Typically, the addition of this type of equipment, can offer the end user a fuel cost saving of around 30%. The lack of natural gas on site meant that the customer opted to run their heaters on propane, stored in bottles outside the building, because of the lower set up costs involved. This project was completed in three days, creating minimal disruption to the customer.

This was a larger project undertaken in August 2016, where Warmco were asked to heat two brand new 10,000 and 14,000 sq ft temporary buildings. We installed eight, natural gas fired, suspended, Winterwarm, TR50 warm air unit heaters, and nine WCU40 de-stratification fans.

As part of an expansion, this customer needed to heat new warehouse / workshop spaces. This tool supplier needed to keep the tools / parts storage area dry and the staff in the production area warm. We couldn't fix these heaters to the frame of these temporary buildings, so instead you can see from the photos that the frames which were bolted to the floor, offered the rigidity necessary for the gas pipework and heaters to be fixed in place. We chose to use a higher number of smaller heaters for this project because the buildings were long and narrow. Cumulatively, these heaters have a maximum heat output of 400kw which can be used to get the spaces to temperature, but once the thermostatic control panels register that they are up to the desired temperature they have the capacity to modulate down to 256kw, on low fire, to 'top up' the heat. They can also work independently to 'spot heat' particular areas. This modulation feature offers a fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. We also installed nine heat recovery (de-stratification) fans into the six metre high space, to redistribute the heat that would gather at high levels. Typically, the addition of this type of equipment, would offer a fuel cost saving of around 30% to the end user. The installation took around three weeks (as we installed a large amount of gas pipework), during which time our engineers worked to create minimal disruption to the customer.

In September 2016, Warmco installed two Benson VN300, oil fired, floor standing, warm air, cabinet heaters into this older style, 17,000 sq.ft. workshop space, (used for steel fabrications), in Worsley near Manchester.

Previously this space had been heated by Combat, floor standing heaters, which were faulty and had reached the end of their lifespan and needed replacing. We replaced them with two heaters which had ample capacity to create heat in this building and which were fitted with four nozzles to distribute the 284kw of heat through the building. The addition of three WCU60 and two WCU80 de-stratification fans to recirculate the heat that accumulates at the highest levels of this 9 to 13 metre high building, will reduce the fuel consumed in heating the building by up to 30%. The installation was completed within three days, to create minimal disruption to our customer.

Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR28, suspended warm air heater into this 2,000 sq.ft. garage workshop area, for a forklift truck maintenance company based in Salford, Manchester in September 2015.

There was no heating within the workshop, and the customer stated that they needed to achieve a room temperature of 18c (when minus 1c outside). Warmco selected the Winterwarm TR28 to do this. One of the advantages of the TR28 is that, at full power the 28kw of this model can take the space to the desired temperature, then the unit can modulate its heat output down to 18kw to simply 'top up' the heat to maintain that temperature, (measured by the thermostatic control). This facility can offer fuel savings of up to 30% against a standard non-modulating heater. We were able to fit a fan assisted, room sealed flue through the wall, which allows fresh air to be drawn into the burner from outside, as the air inside this workshop had diesel fume contaminants in it. Warmco also installed one WCU40 destratification (heat recovery) fan into this 6m high building, to recirculate the heat that would otherwise gather at height. Again, this modification to the system, will typically save our customer up to 30%.

In March 2016 Warmco were asked to install three Winterwarm TR20, propane fired, suspended, warm air space heaters into these renovated engineering workshops / stores, at Mole Hall in Saffron Walden.

This contractor invited us to work with them to heat three, 500 sq. ft., workshop spaces, which they were renovating in March 2016. We installed three Winterwarm TR20, suspended, warm air heaters, one in each area. The TR20 was chosen partly because of its compact size, at just 30cm high. This heater has a maximum heat output of 20kw, which can be used to get the spaces up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 13kw. This modulation feature offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. The project was completed within four days, working alongside the other contractors and aiming to create minimal disruption to the other trades.

In February 2016 Warmco were asked to install five Winterwarm natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heaters into these engineering workshops and stores, in Hull.

These premises had three old Combat CUHA space heaters and this customer invited us to come in and replace these old, obsolete heaters, with more modern, efficient equivalents. In their place, we installed three Winterwarm TR20, suspended, warm air heaters and two TR15s into these spaces, which ranged from 500sq. ft brand new units, up to 1000sq.ft older buildings. The TR20 heater has a maximum heat output of 20kw (TR15, output of 15kw), which can be used to get the space up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 13kw (8kw for the TR15). Cumulatively these five heaters on full fire offer 90kw of heat, but on low fire can 'top up' the heat with just 55kw of output; this modulation feature offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. The project was completed within five days, to minimise the disruption to our customer.

In December 2015 Warmco were asked to install a Winterwarm TR28, propane fired, suspended, warm air space heater into this 2,000 sq.ft, new industrial unit, for this engineering company who adapt cars to be driven by customers with specific mobility requirements.

As part of an expansion, and move into neighbouring premises, this customer asked us to install a 'mirror image' propane fired heating system, into their new workshop space. Back in 2011, we installed a TR28 heater into their existing premises and when they expanded into the premises next door, they asked us to fit another TR28 heater, to replicate the set up that they already had. This heater has a heat output of 28kw, which can be used to get the space up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 18kw, to 'top up' the heat as required. This offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. The lack of natural gas on site meant that the customer opted to run their heaters on propane, stored in tanks outside the building, because of the lower set up costs involved. They also chose a room sealed flue system, drawing clean air from outside the building, to allow the heaters to burn most efficiently.

For this project we were asked to fit a vWinterwarm XR30, natural gas fired, warm air heater into this compact 2,000 sq. ft. workshop space in October 2015.

On this day long project, Warmco were asked to heat this older style, car repair workshop, after decommissioning and removing an old floor standing heater, which was no longer fit for purpose. By switching to a suspended, Winterwarm XR30, natural gas fired warm air heater, we were able to free up valuable floor space for our customer. We were able to put a remote sensor in the workshop space, and site the control panel in the office, making the management of the heating system more convenient for our customer. The streamlined XR model was chosen because of the tight space that we had to fit the heater into; at just 575mm x490mm x 650mm, the XR30 was a perfect choice of warm air heater for this job.

In October 2015 Warmco were asked to install a Winterwarm TR80, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heater into this 4000 sq.ft. older style, brick built industrial unit, for this previous customer.

These premises had an old Combat space heater and our previous customer invited us to come in and replace this old, obsolete heater. In its place, we installed a Winterwarm TR80, suspended, warm air heater. This heater has a heat output of 76kw, which can be used to get the space up to temperature. However, once this has been achieved, it has the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 47kw, to 'top up' the heat as required. This offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models of heater. The project was completed within a day, to try to minimise the disruption to our customer.

This was a large scale project, dating back to January 2015, where Warmco were asked to heat three distinct areas within a larger set of premises. In total we installed eight Winterwarm heaters and fifteen de-stratification fans within this project.

These premises had an old radiant heating system and as part of a refurbishment project, we were asked to replace the old, obsolete heating system. We split the project into three distinct areas:

>The 42,000sq.ft. workshop space, was heated using five Winterwarm, TR100, natural gas fired, suspended space unit heaters. Additionally, twelve WCU40 heat recovery (de-stratification) fans were used to help to redistribute the heat that gathers at upper levels. Typically, the addition of this type of equipment, offers a fuel cost saving of around 30% to the end user.

A storage area of 10,000 sq. ft. was allocated two TR80, natural gas fired, warm air heaters and three de-stratification fans.

Finally a smaller, 5,000 sq. ft. dispatch space was heated using one TR80 heater.

We were asked to install a Winterwarm TR20, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heater into this 1000 sq.ft. new industrial unit, for this industrial equipment supplier in Saxilby, in July 2015.

On this project we were asked to replace an existing Combat CUHA60 (17kw) unit heater, which had a cracked heat exchanger. We disconnected and removed the old heater and installed our TR20 in its place. One of the advantages of the TR20 over the old heater is that, at full power the 20kw of this model can take the space to the desired temperature quickly, then the unit can modulate its heat output down to 13kw to simply 'top up' the heat, to maintain that temperature, (as measured by the DB8 thermostatic control). This facility can offer fuel savings of up to 30% against a standard market non-modulating heater. Additionally, this heater at just 29cm high is also a great product where space is tight. Although the heater was installed in the same location as the old heater, we moved the flue from the roof to the wall, utilizing the room sealed, fan assisted flue, to reduce the risk of water ingress, which could damage the heater.

In June 2015, we were commissioned to install a Winterwarm TR50, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heater into this 3,500 sq.ft. older industrial unit in Telford.

On this project we were asked to replace an existing Combat space heater, for a previous customer. We disconnected and removed the existing space heater and installed our Winterwarm TR50 in its place. One of the advantages of the TR50 is that, at full power the 50kw of this model can take the space to the desired temperature quickly, then the unit can modulate its heat output down to 32kw to simply 'top up' the heat, to maintain that temperature, (as measured by the DB8 thermostatic control).

This facility can offer fuel savings of up to 30% against a standard market non-modulating heater. The heater was fixed with wall brackets in this workshop space.

Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR28, suspended warm space air heater into a 4,000 sq.ft. workshop area, for a vehicle maintenance company in Charlton, East London, for WKD Builders. We did this work in March 2015.

This project involved the straight forward replacement of an existing heater, within this modern portal framed building. The Winterwarm TR28 has the built in capacity to modulate from full power at 28kw, down to 18kw so unlike standard models it will automatically switch to low fire, once the space is up to temperature. This prevents the space from being over heated, saving gas and therefore money. We installed the heater within a day, with minimal disruption to our customer.

In January 2015, we were commissioned to install a Winterwarm TR50, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heater into this 2,000 sq.ft., older mill property, in Bury Lancashire.

On this project we were asked to move an existing Ambirad heater, which for this older mill style property was undersized, and was struggling to achieve the desired temperature. Warmco disconnected and relocated the existing gas space heater to another location within the mill complex, and installed our TR50 in its place. One of the advantages of the TR50 is that, at full power the 50kw of this model can take the space to the desired temperature quickly, then the unit can modulate its heat output down to 32kw to simply 'top up' the heat, to maintain that temperature, (as measured by the thermostatic control). This facility can offer fuel savings of up to 30% against a standard market non-modulating heater. The relocation of the old heater and installation of our TR50 was completed within two days, creating minimal disruption to our customer.

In December 2014, we were commissioned to install two Winterwarm TR80, natural gas fired, suspended space heaters as a direct replacement for two older, condemned heaters in these 8,000 sq. ft. garage / body shop premises.

On this project we were able to hang these new TR80 heaters from the roof supports as direct replacements for the previous heaters. To avoid any additional issues that might have been created by putting the flues through the asbestos roof, we used a specialist roofing contractor to seal the new flues, which utilised the holes from the existing flues. We used room sealed flues, which extract clean air from outside, burning more efficiently. The replacement of the old, obsolete heaters took just two days to complete and created minimal disruption to our customer.

In February 2015, we were commissioned to install a Benson PVN50, natural gas fired, floor standing cabinet heater as a direct replacement for an older, less efficient, broken heater in these 2,000sq. ft. premises.

On this project we were able to put the flue through the wall, to avoid any additional issues that might have been created by directing the flue through the old roof materials. The replacement of an old, obselete floor standing cabinet heater took just a day to complete and created minimal disruption to our customer.

Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR28, suspended warm air heater into this 3,000 sq.ft. workshop area, for this agricultural engineering company in Dunnington, York in December 2014.

The existing Powrmatic (PGUH) 11kw heater in these premises was undersized for the space and was struggling to achieve the desired temperature in this modern portal framed building. Warmco disconnected, capped off the gas supply and took down the existing heater and then relocated our Winterwarm TR28 into a more central location, to create a better heat distribution. One of the advantages of the TR28 is that, at full power the 28kw of this model can take the space to the desired temperature, then the unit can modulate its heat output down to 18kw to simply 'top up' the heat to maintain that temperature, (measured by the thermostatic control). This facility can offer fuel savings of up to 30% against a standard non-modulating heater. We were able to fit a fan assisted, room sealed flue through the wall, which allows fresh air to be drawn into the burner from outside, as the air inside this workshop had diesel fume contaminants in it. The decommissioning, installation and all associated gas pipe work was completed within a day, to create as little disruption to the customer as is possible.

In October 2014 Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR80, suspended, warm air heater into this 3,200sq ft., 18ft high, garage/MOT space in Harlow, Essex.

The Reznor unit heater that was previously used within this workshop had come to the end of its life and as the roof was quite old and fragile it was decided that the flue would be relocated to the outside wall. The room sealed, fan assisted flue system which is standard with this TR80 model makes it possible to bring clean air into the building which prevents any contaminants (such as car fumes), getting into the burner, potentially reducing its efficiency. This one heater installation was completed within a day to create minimal disruption.

In July Warmco installed three Winterwarm, suspended warm air heaters into this car repair workshop and parts centre in South London. The 5,000sq.ft. workshop had a Winterwarm TR80 and TR50 warm air, suspended heaters fitted, whilst the 1,000 sq.ft. parts department had a Winterwarm TR80 installed.

Previously this space had been heated by three Reznor warm air unit heaters, which we removed, as they had come to the end of their live span. As the size and usage of the area had changed over time, we quoted for an updated system which would fit the new requirements of the space. For example we installed a bigger space heater near the large roller shutter outer door, to quickly compensate for any heat lost once it had been closed. This heater was wired into the roller shutter door opening mechanism, to switch off automatically once the opening switch was triggered. This installation was completed in three days, during which time we worked round the customer to create minimal disruption.

Warmco installed a Winterwarm, TR28, suspended warm air heater into this 2,000 sq.ft. training centre and workshop area, for this engineering company in Stockport, in January 2014. Lundy Projects are a previous customer who invited us back to quote for this new installation project.

This older building had brick walls under what we suspected may be an asbestos roof, so we designed a system that would flue the exhaust gases though the outside wall, other than the roof. The fan assisted flue, which is standard on this model makes this possible. As this training facility is not in constant use, the customer wanted a heater that had a quick warm up time. At full power, the 28kw of the TR28, could achieve this, then once the unit was at temperature, the unit can modulate its heat output, down to 18kw to 'top up' the heat according to the temperature. The quiet nature of this heater was also desirable for use in this training centre. This was another one heater project where Warmco installed the heater and all associated gas pipe work within a day.

In February 2014, we were given the go-ahead to overhaul the heating system in this 20,000 sq. ft. engineering space, by replacing four old, inefficient floor-standing, cabinet heaters, with four Winterwarm TR100, suspended, gas fired warm air heaters, and five WCU40 heat recovery fans.

These premises were of a traditional design and construction; being six to seven metres high. Often higher buildings will see an accumulation of heat around the apex. We suggested that an appropriate solution for this space was to install five WCU40 de-stratification fans to redistribute the accumulating heat and push it back down to the spaces below. This can create up to 30% reduction in running costs on the system, as re-circulating the heat means you do not need to reheat the space. Also, as our modulating heaters will automatically switch to low fire when the thermostat has detects that the area has reached the desired temperature, this can save an additional 30% (compared to non modulating heaters). Fitting these suspended heaters into this engineering workshop freed up a large amount of valuable floor space for this customer.

In, November 2013 Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR50, natural gas fired, warm air space heater into this 3000sq. ft. joinery workshop, which occupied a section of this sub-divided area within this older style industrial premises in Lepton near Huddersfield

Warmco had installed heaters into some of the other areas of this industrial property in Lepton Huddersfield, and so we were recommended to this customer, who had inherited a partitioned space which had not previously been heated. This area had a relatively low ceiling height, so the photo shows that we positioned the heater at one of the highest points, next to the roller shutter doors, to replace heat lost. It was also located next to the meter, in order to keep the gas pipe work run short; therefore keeping the costs as low as possible for our customer. We suspected that the building may have some asbestos content in the roof, so we ran the flue through the wall, to make the job as simple and quick as possible; again minimising the costs being passed on. We were pleased to be able to complete the project in a day, reducing any potential disruption to production.

We installed three, Winterwarm TR100, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heaters into this large (13 000sq. ft.) fabrication workshop in North Shields.

These premises had been heated by two older style, gas fired, Powrmatic, floor standing, cabinet heaters, which were estimated to have been running at between 70 and 75% net efficiency. This is around 15 to 20% less than the typical 91% net efficiency that our newly designed models can achieve; offering our customers huge savings on their fuel costs. This efficiency saving comes from the fact that whilst the older heaters simply blow out warm air continuously, the newer ones modulate (reduce) heat output, according to the temperature of the building, as reported by a thermostatic control panel. So, to replace these older models, we suggested the installation of three Winterwarm TR100, suspended, gas fired, warm air heaters and by adding an extra heater, we enabled the work area to have a more even distribution of heat. Additionally, by offering to suspend the heaters from the roof, we were able to free up valuable floor space for the customer. As you can see from the photos, two were located on the outside walls of the building and the final one was located above a mezzanine.

In November 2013, Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR60, natural gas fired, warm air space heater into this 3000sq. ft. window manufacturing workshop, in this older style industrial unit in Narborough.

We were asked to replace an existing, an old Combat space unit heater as part of a fire damage refurbishment project. We modified the positioning of the heater within the industrial unit and placed it on top of a small toilet block, as can be seen in the photo. This enabled us to angle the heater optimally into the room, to give the best heat distribution possible. From this heater location, we were able to flue the fumes through an outside wall of the building, directly behind the heater. This allowed the newly reconstructed roof to be left untouched. The project was completed in a day; creating minimal disruption to production for our customer.

In September 2013, Warmco installed two Winterwarm, natural gas fired, warm air space heaters into these 4000 sq. ft. and 3000 sq. ft. workshop areas.

We were asked to heat two separate areas for this company specialising in the repair, maintenance and hire of heavy plant machinery. Into a 4000 sq. ft. mechanical engineering space we installed a TR100 heater and into a 3000 sq.ft. welding area, we put a TR60. As these space heaters modulate their heat output, (from 101kw down to 66kw, and from 60kw down to 39kw respectively), once the building is to temperature, they allow our customers to save on their fuel bills by up to 30%. The efficiency of the system is heightened further because the heat from each heater, which could accumulate in the upper reaches of this six metre building is re-circulated by two WCU40 de-stratification fans, offering savings of between to 20 and 30%. On this project, we replaced an old and inefficient floor standing heater, and in doing so we also freed up valuable floor space for our customer.

In March 2012, Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR50, natural gas fired, warm air, space heater into this engineering workshop.

This job was a simple replacement of an existing heater, and so our engineers were able to be in and out within the day. This heater has a modulation feature as standard. The advantage of this to the customer, is that once the space is up to temperature this modulating heater can then switch to low fire (from 50kw down to 32kw), to maintain the temperature, whilst saving on fuel costs.

Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR50 suspended, natural gas fired, warm air space heater into this workshop where Chevron Cars, build and customise racing cars, in September 2012.

The customer was moving into new 3,000 premises and the heating system that we recommended included a Winterwarm TR50 heater, which has the capacity to modulate its heat output (from 50kW to 32), once the desired temperature has been reached, alongside a destratification fan (Winterwarm WCU40) which enables accumulated warm air to be pushed down and recirculated; both saving fuel.

In May 2012 Warmco installed a four heater, warm air heating system into these workshop premises, which were unusual and potentially challenging because of the unusual configuration of the buildings, and the number of small workshop areas that required heating. Our solution was to install four gas fired, warm air heaters around the area; two suspended Winterwarm TRC40s, and a Benson RVD50 floor standing cabinet heater on ducted systems that could distribute the warm air evenly around the building and deliver it to isolated areas, and a TR20 in a separate joinery workshop.

Workshop Heating Solution for E Beauclerk in Oswestry, Shropshire

Winterwarm TR28

In early July 2012, Warmco installed a high efficiency TR28 suspended gas fired space heater for a small 1,500 sq feet workshop for E. Beauclerk in Oswestry, Shropshire. The ability to modulate the heat output up or down according to the instructions from the thermostat (and control panel) is a key selling feature of this heater, against its competitors. It can operate at a maximum capacity of 28kw, down to 18kw on low fire, creating up to 30% savings on fuel costs.

The new heater replaced an existing unit heater that had a cracked heat exchanger. The new heater was installed within a day for the customer creating minimum disruption.

Winterwarm TR28

Warmco installed a Winterwarm TR28 into this 1000 sq. ft. garage / workshop area. We were asked by the landlord to replace a slightly undersized, suspended Combat heater. Our surveyor recommended sizing up the heater to compensate for a frequently open door. We were able to complete this project within three weeks of the initial enquiry and the actual installation was completed within the day, at minimum inconvenience to the customer.

Winterwarm XR20

A Winterwarm XR20, warm air, suspended gas heater was installed within a small workshop space of 800 sq. ft. which was to be let. The heater was installed within a day and as well as providing cost effective heating, it also provides ventilation. This space heater is one of the most compact on the market at only 490mm high and 575mm wide, so it is ideal for a small workshop where head / floor space is at a premium. The bracket is very small and versatile allowing the heater to be hung in a very unobtrusive way. The heater can be angled downwards (or in almost any direction) where necessary. These heaters come in silver as standard, but could be sprayed white, if you wish. The attractive appearance of these heaters means that they would be an appropriate choice for many different settings.

Warmco installed a Benson PV120, floor standing, gas fired cabinet heater (rated at 120kw), into a 4000 sq. ft. engineering workshop for Kerry Foods, in Poole in Dorset in February 2012. The heater has three nozzle outlets on top, which enables warm air to be distributed in three directions. This heater is above 91net efficiency, so it qualifies for Enhanced Capital Allowance. On this project we replaced an existing cabinet heater which had been condemned and the work on site was completed within a day.

Winterwarm TR28 gas heater

Warmco supplied and installed three warm air suspended gas heaters at the workshop premises of the Hogley Brothers at Knottingley, West Yorkshire. One Winterwarm TR20 space heater, with an output modulating between 20kw and 13kw, was sited within a 1,000 sq feet workshop. The second heater was a Winterwarm TR28, (with a modulating output from 28kw to 18kw) was installed within a 1,600 sq feet area and the third heater fitted was a Winterwarm TR50 rated 50kw to 32kw output, within a 3,000 sq feet workshop. As the heaters have a modulating heat/air output as standard, this provides a saving of up to 30% on fuel costs and enables very quiet operation. The model shown in the photograph is the TR28 heater, ideal for areas between 1,500 sq feet up to 3,000 sq feet and furthermore the heater is very compact, only 540mm high!

Warmco installed a Benson PVN250 gas cabinet heater rated at 72kw, in a 2,500 sq feet workshop for Ford Components Manufacturing in South Shields, Tyne and Wear. The heater has three nozzle outlets on top of the heater, this enables warm air to be distributed in three different directions. The fan assisted flue (only 130mmm) allows the heater to flue onto an outside wall. Alternatively in areas with contaminants or negative pressure the flue can be room sealed (so the burner uses clean air from outside the building for combustion). This heater is above 91net efficiency, so it qualifies for Enhanced Capital Allowance.
