Customer Brief:
This new build property required background heating to take the ambient temperature up to a level that was suitable for boxing and general exercise. Warmco raised a Warmco / Winterwarm heater into its suspended position, to free up floor space for the gym and to create efficient heating of the space.

Features of the Heating System:
Warmco installed a suspended XR30 propane fired heater into this 2,000 sq.ft. leisure space in Mansfield for this Boxing Club, in October 2020. The XR30 heater comes with a modulation feature as standard, which allows it to heat up the space at full 30kw capacity, then once the space is up to temperature, the heater switches to 19kw low fire, to ‘top up’ the heat as needed. This facility typically offers up to 30% saving on fuel costs. The installation and all associated work for the propane was completed within a day, to create as little disruption to the customer as is possible.
