At Warmco we believe that the customer experience does not finish with the installation of the heater. As part of our customer care procedure, you can expect Warmco staff to contact you on completion of the work, to confirm that your experience was a positive one.
We aim to provide first rate aftercare for any maintenance or service work that is required. We strongly recommend that all heaters are serviced on an annual basis in order to prolong their working lives, maintain their efficiency and to ensure their safe operation. The majority of our service work is carried out during the summer months and it is always our policy to give priority to our existing customers. Prior to your service visit, the service department will contact you to arrange a convenient date for our engineer to call.
All work carried out with the service will comply with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

On completion, you will be issued with a Service Report/certificate and a printed flue gas analysis report for each heater.
As well as servicing Winterwarm and Powrmatic heaters, Warmco will also service other makes of heater such as Reznor, Ambirad, Benson, Combat, and Dravo. Furthermore, Warmco can also service your boiler(s) that provide heating for your offices.
When a problem occurs with a heater, we will endeavour to send an engineer out to site to diagnose the fault, order parts where necessary and repair the heater as soon as possible. Information on maintenance contracts is available upon request. These can be tailored to your individual requirements.
