Customer Brief:
Warmco installed an energy efficient warehouse heating system for Stoke Trampoline and Gymnastics Club in May 2026. We installed one Winterwarm XR60 PLUS, high efficiency, natural gas fired, suspended, warm air space heater into this 7,000 sq ft, portal frame building.
Features of the Heating System:
These 7,000 sq. ft. premises needed a modern, efficient heating system. We installed one Warmco XR60 PLUS suspended heater, with a maximum heat output of 61kw, which can be used to quickly get the space up to temperature. Once this has been achieved, they heater will have the capacity to modulate its heat output down to 37kw to save fuel, and to top up the heat as required. This feature offers a typical fuel cost saving of up to 30% against standard non-modulating models. We also installed two WCU40 destratification fans which will redistribute the heat that would otherwise gather at the 8m high apex of the building. The ability to recirculate and re-use this heat, can offer our customer an additional fuel cost saving of up to 30%. This leisure heating project was completed within one day and was scheduled to be ready for the opening of the club. Our engineers worked hard to create minimal disruption to the setting up of the space for our customer.
