Customer Brief:
As the existing gas fired, air handling unit in these premises was old and in need of replacement, Warmco disconnected and removed the existing heater and then located our new Warmco / Winterwarm heaters into their new positions, throughout the area. This created an optimum distribution heat through the premises.

Features of the Heating System:
Warmco installed four XR60 suspended, natural gas fired, heaters into this 30,000 sq.ft. showroom space, for this motorhome sales business in Newark, Nottinghamshire, in November 2020. The XR60 heater comes with a modulation feature as standard, which allows it to heat up the space at full 60kw capacity (cumulatively 240kw for four heaters), then once the space is up to temperature, the heaters switch to 37kw each on low fire, (or 148kw for four). This facility typically offers up to 30% saving on fuel costs to the end user. The use of eight WCU40 heat recovery fans, pushes the heat naturally accumulating at higher levels within the 18-24 ft. high apex, back down into the building. Again, this can offer a fuel saving of up to 30% to the end user.
Warmco co-ordinated with a BMS provider to allow the operation of our heating system to be incorporated into the Building Management System. The decommissioning, installation and all associated work was completed within two weeks, to create as little disruption to the customer as is possible. Warmco engineers worked flexibly around the customers operations, to minimise any disruption to sales.
