Customer Brief

In October 2022, we were asked to install two Winterwarm XR30+, suspended, propane fired, warm air space heaters into this 3,400 sq. ft. new showroom / workshop premises which our client was moving into.

Features of the Heating system

These premises were a showroom for agricultural products alongside a workshop area for maintenance and repairs. So, for this project we chose smaller, unobtrusive heaters for this showroom area. The heater is only 650mm wide, 495mm high and 530mm deep. We suspended the heaters using wall brackets and we flued the emitted gases through the walls. These heaters are room sealed, and are fan assisted to take clean air for combustion from outside of the building. These heaters can modulate the heat output from 29kw to 17kw and will automatically switch to low fire when the thermostat detects that the area has reached the desired temperature, this can save an additional 30% (compared to non-modulating heaters). The installation was completed in two days and importantly for many customers, it was completed on schedule.
