Customer Brief:

We were asked to install a Winterwarm XR50, suspended, natural gas fired, warm air space heater and a TR20 suspended, natural gas fired, warm air space heater into this 3,000 sq. ft. warehouse area, for this lingerie supplier.

Features of the Heating System:

This installation involved suspending the larger XR50 heater from roof brackets above the racking, to free up valuable floor space and keep the stock damp-free. The compact TR20 heater is only 30cm high, which allowed us to locate it under a mezzanine floor in a packing area, to keep the workforce warm and happy. These heaters give a combined maximum heat output of 70kw to get the areas up to temperature. However they can then switch to low fire (at 43kw) to ‘top up’ the heat as required. This can create up to 30% reduction in running costs on the system. This job was completed in three days for our customer.
